A lot of times, people will go visit a criminal defense lawyer and they will tell me something like this, “Well, they asked me a bunch of questions and I do not know what is going to happen next, I do not know what I am supposed to do, I do not know what I am not supposed to do”. Well, I am going to help you with the three things you need to do right now. Number one, you need to do a fact pattern report. What is a fact pattern report? Most of the time, what lawyers do is they take a pen in hand and they just ask you a bunch of questions and start taking notes and you walk out not knowing what the next step is. We do things differently for one simple reason. It works. A fact pattern report is where you are going to write down information according to a very simple yet effective format. It is going to take four days and just follow the instructions and you will create the most important document you possibly could to communicate with your legal team essential facts and information about the incident that occurred. The second thing that you must do right now is control stress.

I have over a hundred, maybe even a thousand stories of people who let stress destroy them and destroy their legal case. We do not want that to happen to you, so at the bottom of this page, there is a hyperlink. Please click it and you will get a free downloadable ebook to help you deal with stress. It is part of our system called Coping With Stress during the criminal prosecution. Number one is, do a fact pattern report. Number two, begin immediately to control your stress and that of those you love by clicking the link, downloading and starting to read on a regular basis. Number three, simply click to give Sherry & I a call. We will be happy to meet with you or speak with you over the phone, whatever is the most convenient.

If you need legal representation for yourself or someone you care about, give us a call. We will be more than happy to help you.
